Among the many uses for drones, they enable inspectors to perform preliminary surveys for structure maintenance. Such missions must be planned with care, however, to ensure that the drone system is up to the task. Learn how to build a scenario that simulates the performance of a commercial drone built to specifications in STK.
In this training you will learn how to:
- Create a flight path that models an inspection mission.
- Determine if the drone can complete the inspection within the duration of its battery life.
- Model a remote controller and determine if the drone operator will have constant communication with the drone throughout the mission.
