Event Name: L3: Modeling station-keeping using the STK/Astrogator capability
Location: Online
Date(s): Jun-12
Time: 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. (ET)
Price: Free
Description:
Learn how to use STK's Astrogator capabilities to design and perform station-keeping maneuvers using Automatic Sequences. You will create a geostationary box to use as a reference frame for a geostationary satellite. You will then constrain the satellite's drift and inclination changes over time using Automatic Sequences.
Upon completion of this class, you will be able to:
- Visualize a reference GEO slot using a geostationary box
- Create and use a new VVLH coordinate system
- Create and configure an East-West and a North-South station-keeping Automatic Sequence
- Analyze station-keeping maneuvers using reports and graphs
Engineers will be online to answer your questions live during the class.
