In this class, we will consider a notional scenario in which you need to analyze a proposed constellation of low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites that will transmit data within the Ku band, where many ships operate. The Global Shipping Conglomeration is concerned that the LEO satellites could interfere with satellite communications globally. You will use STK’s Spectrum Analyzer capability to view the constellation’s spectrum utilization and to visualize potential interference on the communication link.
